You’d need a few minutes now. Confessing in a first prayer (that is acknowledging) that Jesus is Lord. Prayer is nothing fancy! Prayer is just talking to God, conversation. You can talk to him as you would talk to your friends. (maybe not so much swearing ;)
This prayer is good as a start:

„Hello Jesus, here I am. I am sorry that I have gone my on way so far. Thank you that you are here now. Thank you that you died for me. Thank you that you can take all my rubbish away and that you want to forgive me. I am sorry for what I have done wrong – for all the mean and stupid words, thoughts and actions – that I have hurt myself, others and you. I would like you to become my friend and my Lord. I give my life to you and ask that you help me to follow you, and become one of your disciples . I ask you to come into my life, and live with me. I really want to get to know you. Please be with me always. Amen.“
