Once Jesus asked his followers (in the Bible they are called „disciples“): „Who do you reckon I am?“ Peter’s answer was: „You are the Son of God“. Jesus lived about 2000 years ago. Not only was his life was something special, but his death was also. You see, Jesus died - for you and for me.

Have a look at the children. Aren’t they sweet? But look how mean they can also be. It is not very flattering, but we humans are not good at heart. That’s why humans and God don’t match. But God made us for a reason – that being; we should live in relationship with him. It was clear to God that something had to be done so that he and us could come into contact with each other. That’s where Jesus comes in, the Bible tells us that he came to us to help us in fact to serve us. He came and gave his life as the price for setting many people free.
