Privacy Policy
When you send a postcard with eCARDS, the information you provide is used to customize the Postcard with your name and the recipient's name and to deliver email notifications to you and the recipient. The names and email addresses that you provide are not compiled into any type of mailing list, sold, or otherwise used for any type of email solicitation.

eCARDS Terms of Use
Using eCARDS indicates your agreement with these terms of use which contain important conditions and restrictions. If you do not agree, please refrain from sending a postcard from this site.

Individuals, organizations and businesses are free to use eCARDS postcards for any lawful, worthy and ethical purpose, except as limited by these terms of use. eCARDS postcards must not be used to solicit customers or sell products or services. Furthermore, no more than 2000 cards may be sent by any one person, organization or business in any one calendar year without prior permission.

Users with "robots", "spiders", or other automated programs may visit eCARDS, but are prohibited from sending Postcards without the prior written permission.

eCARDS postcards contains material protected by law. All rights in such material are reserved to their owner and materials may not be reused in any way or copied in whole or part.

NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ARE MADE REGARDING THE MATERIALS IN OR OPERATIONS OF eCARDS postcards. IN PARTICULAR, eCARDS MAKE NO WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE MERCHANTIBILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF ANY SUCH MATERIALS OR OPERATIONS, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT. eCARDS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND THAT MAY RESULT FROM THE USE OF THESE eCARDS POSTCARDS. MATERIALS IN AND OPERATIONS OF eCARDS ARE PROVIDED AS-IS AND THERE IS NO WARRANTY MADE THAT THEY WILL BE FREE FROM ERRORS OR INTERRUPTIONS. ANY LIABILITY OF eCARDS TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR USE OF eCARDS POSTCARDS.
